At DoubleWave, we are committed to delivering high-quality kitchen and home products quickly and reliably. Please review the details below regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST may be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may extend slightly.

All orders are fulfilled through our professional third-party logistics partner, Intermountain Warehouse Solutions (IWS Fulfillment) in Pocatello, Idaho to ensure accurate, efficient, and secure shipment.

 

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. States

  • U.S. Territories (select carriers)

  • APO/FPO addresses (carrier restrictions may apply)

Orders are shipped via trusted national carriers, depending on destination and selected service level.

At this time, we do not routinely ship internationally. For international bulk inquiries, please contact us directly at support@thedoublewave.com.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected carrier and service level

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. These promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority/Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods may occur.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment in real time

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@thedoublewave.com.

 

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

DoubleWave is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment processing has begun.

 

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Appears lost in transit

  • Is marked delivered but not received

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery confirmation with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if damaged)

  • Any relevant delivery details

We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is marked delivered by the carrier.

 

8. Partial Shipments

In rare cases, orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each package.

 

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain oversized or specialty items may have shipping limitations or extended processing times. Any such limitations will be clearly stated on the product page.
